About Me

I completed my undergraduate and graduate studies in Psychology and Counselling Psychology & Psychotherapy at the American College of Greece (ACG). Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have gained valuable experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and settings.

My practicum included attending the outpatient psychiatric ward at Evangelismos General Hospital, where a psychoanalytic approach was used to support individuals and groups. I also worked with patients with chronic non-communicable diseases at University General Hospital Attikon, providing therapeutic care to those navigating long-term health challenges. Additionally, I completed my practicum at the 6th Municipal Medical Centre in Kypseli, further broadening my experience in community-based mental health services.

My academic background extends to group therapy training provided by Gignesthai – Hellenic Association for Existential Psychology, enhancing my ability to work with groups and offer meaningful support in various therapeutic contexts.

I remain active in my professional development, continuously attending seminars and conferences on different therapeutic approaches to effectively meet the unique needs of each individual.
